stinkin eyes

they kill me. all these blue eyed babies everywhere! i shot this at my son's bday party, she is the daughter of a good friend of mine, ellen, also a photographer (and a darn good one i might add). check her stuff out here. she gets to photograph this little angel all the time. and she DOES.

the brothers "r"- playground session

and i LOVED it. i'm having a hard time picking ones for the sneak peek... here's what i landed on. more later cuz i'm lovin 'em.

this sweet baby, however, was not. you will remember their baby sister from her newborn post here. isn't she so cute even when she's crying? i think she really just wanted in on the action.

this is the one where i'm the meanest photographer ever.

that's right. i took a pic. and posted it. but shortly after this second one i ran and scooped this little guy up in my arms and saved him from the giant roaring lion, i mean, small yappy dog. this is an all too common scene with my kids, because they are BOTH absolutely horrified of dogs. big ones, little ones, it doesn't matter. now, in their defense, they are both allergic, so they kind of have a reason. all that said, now that i know this little guy is safe from the monster, it kind of made for a funny image. :) one that i HOPE he will laugh at 10 years from now.
