not much to say today

i really can't even think of a title for this one. i just liked it. i love my little girl's eyelashes. :)

to all my cousins...

i grew up with tons of cousins, on my mom AND my dad's side of the family. and i loved it. i still keep in contact with most of my cousins on a fairly regular basis. and its getting better now that we rely so heavily on the internet for everything. ha. anyway, i captured this back in november, of these two little cousins, just takin' a walk. older boy cousin leading younger girl cousin down the path. sweet little kiddos.

the unexpected

who knew a little doll would show up at my house today, stick on a hat and get her picture taken? i love the shots you don't plan on getting. they always end up being my favorites.

i took the one of my girl awhile ago, and my boy, just this week, but just purchased some actions by this amazing photographer (actions by brenda) and i think i really like the effect. ellen, you and i were just talking about this, what do you think? kind of a different feel... might be a teeny bit blown out on the light side, but i can fix that if need be.
