backlight

i'm trying to figure out how to shoot with backlight, this was my first experience. this little girl was a CUTIE and so fun to take pictures of! she made the most perfect faces every time...not to mention that she is beautiful! of course, you can see big brother RUNNING away from me in the background if you look real careful!

elaine was sifting through my images from a jewish wedding we recently did, and this image caught her eye in particular. can you see why? i remember very specifically taking this picture because i think i laughed for at least 5 minutes afterwards.
